Last year, Sony San Diego began to implement codes for MLB The Show & Diamond Dynasty. These codes can be used to get special rewards and for MLB The Show 25, they’re back. Here’s a look at what exactly codes do, which ones have been released for The Show 25, and how exactly to redeem them to get in-game rewards.

What are Codes in MLB The Show 25?

Codes are special phrases that can be used to receive free in-game rewards, like player items and/or packs.

MLB The Show 24 was the first installment of this game to utilize codes. Sony San Diego added some cards available only through codes for a period of time, while some added special packs.

This followed the same model used for some rewards in 2K games, like NBA 2K and WWE 2K.

Some of the codes were region-locked in MLB The Show 24, while others were not. However, as of now in MLB The Show 25, none are region-locked.

Included in the table above is the reward linked to each code, including info on when it’ll expire, if applicable. It’s important to note that these do change over time, as codes only last for a brief period.

How to redeem Codes

Redeeming codes in MLB The Show works similar to how it does in other games mentioned in the previous section above.

To redeem codes for MLB The Show 25, go to Sony San Diego’s dedicated website.

However, it’s important to note you’ll have to be signed into an MLB The Show account to redeem one. This can be done either by logging via a standarized The Show account, or via one’s Xbox, Nintendo, & PlayStation info.
