On September 19, MLB The Show 25 added new Legends to the game via the Home Run Derby X. The Home Run Derby X is a touring show featuring former Major Leaguers. And it also means that former big leaguers like Eric Hosmer, Nick Swisher, and Daniel Murphy are back in The Show. Additionally, it also means pitchers like Adam Wainwright and Jake Arrieta are featured as hitters. Here’s a look at the Home Run Derby X content in MLB The Show 25.

  • Tally 750 PXP with HRD X Series players (5 pts.)

As per tradition, one can avoid doing some of the dirty single-player work with the collections.

The Showdown should not be avoided, though. Those who complete it will get a 99 OVR Jake Arrieta with DH primary, a card useful for the Home Run Derby X Collection.

Much like with other series across MLB The Show, there’s a collection for the Home Run Derby X cards. Here are the attributes for the two collection rewards, Lorenzo Cain and Ben Zobrist. Both are 99 OVRs.

Eight Home Run Derby X cards are needed for Cain, while 17 are required for 99 OVR Ben Zobrist.
