Several teams across Major League Baseball received new City Connect jerseys for 2025. The cherry blossom-themed Nationals jersey was replaced by a different look, while a black and purple Giants jersey places the orange and white one used over the last few years. These City Connect jerseys can be obtained in MLB The Show 25 Diamond Dynasty. Here’s how to get them.
Astros City Connect Conquest
In April, Sony San Diego released the Astros City Connect Conquest in MLB The Show 25, along with the Giants & Nationals maps. Each of these three maps, upon completion, rewards Diamond Dynasty players with the City Connect jersey of that specific team.
But to finish each one, you’ll have to complete all the Goals. Here are the Goals for the Astros City Connect Conquest:
- Goal 1: Acquire 22M fans (Reward is MLB The Show 25 pack)
- Goal 2: Capture the Mariners Stronghold (Reward is Astros City Connect Banner)
- Goal 3: Capture the Rangers Stronghold (Reward is Astros City Connect Icon)
- Goal 4: Capture the Astros Stronghold (Reward is Astros City Connect Bat)
- Goal 5: Conquer all Territories (Rewards are Astros City Connect Jersey, 1,500 Stubs, and 5,000 XP)
There are turn-based or Steal requirements for any of these three maps.

Sony has made it a habit in recent years to release new City Connect jerseys through Conquest maps in Diamond Dynasty. Expect new maps when new jerseys, like the Rockies’ new jersey, become available.
