The 2nd Inning Program in MLB The Show 26 officially went live on April 10. Two Baseball Hall of Famers are featured as the Boss Choice Pack rewards. And not to mention, two new Legends in The Show 26 received their first Diamonds in Diamond Dynasty.

Players will receive a random bonus reward for every 30,000 XP earned after 500,000 XP.
How to make progress
Just like in past years, individuals can receive XP just by playing any of the game modes within MLB The Show 26.
Those who acquired both 1st Inning Program Boss cards can lock both in for a 30,000 XP voucher boost for the 2nd Inning. Additionally, there are Drop Missions that, like the 1st Inning, will drop through the next few weeks. Here are the ones that went live on April 10:
- Tally 500 PXP with Cornerstone Series players (2,500 XP)
- Score 20 runs in Conquest on any difficulty (3,500 XP)
- Tally 50 total bases in Weekend Classic and/or Solo/Co-op Ranked (5,000 XP)
- Tally 15 home runs on any difficulty & in any game mode (5,000 XP)
- Strike out 50 batters on any difficulty (5,000 XP)
Additionally, earning any of the two Multiplayer Bonus Eggs from the Egg Hunt Program can earn an additional 1,000 XP.

Then, there are the two cards in the 2nd Inning Program Choice Pack:

Randy Johnson
For those wondering, the Johnson does not have Outlier.
