The launch of MLB The Show 26 included a massive dump of World Baseball Classic-related Diamond Dynasty content. It included four Themed Programs, plus a collection that includes a 90 OVR Pete Crow-Armstrong, a 92 OVR Fernando Tatis Jr., and more.

World Baseball Classic Programs

Rather than one long program that was done in MLB The Show 23, the MLB The Show 26 team broke up the program content into four separate ones. Each is based on one of the four WBC pools from 2026.
Pool A
First, let’s take a look at the rewards for Pool A:

How to make progress
Here are the tasks for the Pool A Program:

Also, Mission progress can be attained in 1v1 Ranked, Ranked co-op, Battle Royale, Events, Weekend Classic, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, Conquest, and Diamond Quest.

There are a lot of WBC cards in this game. Almost half can be obtained through the programs. Others, however, can be found in Conquest, Showdown, as well as the WBC packs in Diamond Dynasty.
It should also be noted that Tatis Jr. is the penultimate reward in this collection. The ultimate one will be the 2026 WBC MVP, which will be revealed after the actual event concludes on March 17.
