It’s officially time for fantasy baseball preparation and fantasy baseball drafts. Preparation is key for fantasy drafts but how should you prepare for the 2024 campaign? With Spring Training approaching, here’s our initial player rankings list for the 2024 fantasy baseball season.

A Look at the Top 100
Here’s a look at our top 100 rankings for 2024:
To little shock, Ronald Acuna Jr. is the top player available after what was a record-breaking 2023 campaign with the Braves. No player in baseball had as many stolen bases, hits, or runs scored as the Braves star.
Finding players that can hit for power, contact, and get stolen bases is essential in fantasy baseball. Hence, why the top 10 of our 2024 fantasy baseball player rankings are littered with players who can do just that.
Julio Rodriguez, Bobby Witt Jr., and Francisco Lindor hit the 30-30 marker last year, while Corbin Carroll could do the same in 2024.
Aside from the stars, other notable players in our top 100 include new Dodgers pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Brewers prospect Jackson Chourio, the latter of whom will start the season with Milwaukee after he signed a massive extension.
Yoshinobu hasn’t pitched at the MLB level yet but his plus stuff could make him an arm that could net 200+ strikeouts and rack up wins with the Dodgers. And as for Chourio, the 19-year-old hit for power in the Minors and swiped 44 bases. If he can do the same with the Brewers, expect Chourio to be higher on this list come 2025.
We should note that our initial fantasy baseball player rankings list for 2024 only covers the top 100. This list will be expanded over the coming weeks.
