On July 28, San Diego Studio unleashed the Extreme Program into MLB The Show 23. The program comes with five new 99 OVR cards, including a Core Ken Griffey Jr. However, this program will be quite difficult to complete. Here’s a look at the rewards, plus all the ways it can be completed.

There are a number of ways to combine Points in order make progress in the Extreme Program, but none will be easy. The Moments, for example, feature a number that are on All-Star and Hall of Fame. Additionally, two are on Legend.
As far as the Collections are concerned, the three cards can be obtained through the Turn it Up event. However, players are tasked to get 12 wins in a single entry in order to unlock Baez. All three Collections expire on August 11.
This program will not expire.
