It’s been a turbulent 2024 season for 2023 NL Rookie of the Year Corbin Carroll. But, the young Diamondbacks outfielder got back on track after a torrid stretch through August, one that saw him lead the NL in home runs (11) between August 7-September 1. That stretch earned Corbin Carroll a 99 OVR Season Awards card in MLB The Show 24, one that went live on September 13. Here’s how it can be obtained.
How to unlock Season Awards Corbin Carroll
To unlock the 99 OVR Season Awards Corbin Carroll in MLB The Show 24, one will need three Season 3 Season Awards cards from the Drop Programs. Those can be found at the 50 Star Points marker for each of the Drops. These do not include Season Awards cards found in packs.
As of September 13, three S3 Season Awards Drops cards were available. Those items were:
- 95 OVR Season Awards Yainer Diaz
- 96 OVR Season Awards Willy Adames
- 98 OVR Season Awards Kyle Schwarber
Upon collecting the three, go to ‘Collections’ in the ‘Collect’ menu. Then, select ‘Special Collections.’ Find and select the ‘Season 3 Awards’ box and then manually or auto-select the three cards. Lock them in with the ‘Advance’ button.
However, keep in mind that any of the S3 Season Awards Drops cards will work for this collection. Just know that most, if not all, of them, will be required to get all the Season 2 Awards Collection rewards. Going back to Season 2, nine of the 10 were required to get all the special Season 2 Awards cards in the collection.
