Every September 15, Major League Baseball honors the life and legacy of Baseball Hall of Famer and humanitarian Roberto Clemente. And in honor of Clemente, Sony San Diego released the Roberto Clemente Day Program for MLB The Show 24 on September 13. The program includes 30,000 XP, plus a 99 OVR card of the Pirates icon. To unlock 99 OVR Hall of Fame Roberto Clemente in MLB The Show 24 Diamond Dynasty, one will need 21 Star Points from the Roberto Clemente Day Program. Here’s a look at what rewards, aside from the Clemente, are in the program:
- 3 Points – MLB The Show 24 pack and 10,000 XP
- 6 Points – 1,000 Stubs
- 9 Points – MLB The Show 24 pack
- 12 Points – Bat and 10,000 XP
- 15 Points – MLB The Show 24 pack (x3)
- 18 Points – 1,000 Stubs
- 21 Points – 99 OVR Roberto Clemente and 10,000 XP

- Tally 21 hits with primary right fielders in 1v1 Ranked, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, and Conquest (2 pts.)
- Tally 21 hits with players born in Puerto Rico in 1v1 Ranked, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, and Conquest (2 pts.)
- Tally 21 hits with Hall of Fame Series players in 1v1 Ranked, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, and Conquest (2 pts.)
- Tally 21 hits with Pirates in 1v1 Ranked, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, and Conquest (2 pts.)
- Tally 2,100 PXP with Pirates in 1v1 Ranked, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, and Conquest (2 pts.)
For those who need help with the Puerto Rico Mission, note that the likes of Francisco Lindor, Jose Berrios, Javier Baez, Ivan Rodriguez, and Fernando Cruz were all born in the island commonwealth.
None of the Moments or PXP/Stat Missions can be skipped, unless players complete these limited-time Event Missions for the Legends of the Game Event:
- Tally 21 extra-base hits with Legend (i.e. retired players) hitters in the Legends of the Game event (5 pts.)
- Tally one win in the Legends of the Game event (1 pt. – REPEATABLE)
