The 2025 Home Run Derby saw Mariners catcher Cal Raleigh win the annual event. And hours after it ended, Sony released the Home Run Derby Program in MLB The Show 25. It doesn’t unlock Raleigh — who did get a card after the event, and a big one at that — but it will unlock one of several pieces needed to get the “Big Dumper.”

There are no moments for this one, only missions.
Realistically, doing this in either Mini Seasons or Play vs. CPU in a hitter-friendly ballpark (hint: Costco or Coors Field) would do the trick. Additionally, you should focus on the PXP missions, particularly with players like Pete Alonso, Teoscar Hernandez, and Juan Soto, all of whom have received high Diamonds of late.
Collection
Lastly, there’s another collection, one that’s separate from the MLB Draft & All-Star Game ones. Diamond Dynasty players have to collect all seven other Home Run Derby cards to get 99 OVR Cal Raleigh:
The 97 OVR Rooker is in the program. The 98 OVR Byron Buxton, Oneil Cruz & Junior Caminero, as well as the 96 OVR James Wood, Jazz Chisholm Jr., and Matt Olson are in the Home Run Derby packs.
HRD/All-Star Prediction Vouchers
Before All-Star weekend, SDS released Prediction packs, where players could make predictions on which player would win the Home Run Derby, plus who would hit the home runs in a round, and the longest overall home run.
None of the vouchers will help with the program. However, how you did with your predictions could help with the Home Run Derby, plus the MLB Draft & All-Star Collections.
