St. Patrick’s Day took place during early access for MLB The Show 25. To celebrate the holiday, Sony San Diego dropped the Shamrock Conquest for The Show 25, giving players a fresh map to grind as worldwide access begins on the 18th. Those who complete it will get 5,000 XP, plus hidden and unhidden packs for Diamond Dynasty.
Map and Goals
Here’s a look at the map. As the name suggests, it’s in the shape of a shamrock:
MLB The Show 25 players must take over three Strongholds in this Conquest. The three teams are the Athletics, Cubs, and Red Sox.
Here are the five goals:
- Goal 1: Acquire 40M Fans (reward is 250 Stubs)
- Goal 2: Capture any Stronghold (reward is 250 Stubs)
- Goal 3: Conquer 40 territories (reward is MLB The Show 25 pack)
- Goal 4: Capture all Strongholds (reward is MLB The Show 25 pack)
- Goal 5: Conquer all territories on the map (rewards are MLB The Show 25 pack (x5) and 5,000 XP)
There’s no incorrect to do this map, as there’s no team restrictions, nor any Steal or turn-based requirements. Out advice is when completing this, make sure to use players who will help you get Programs and/or Team Affinity.
This means using players from the Spring Breakout, Pipeline, and Tokyo Series Programs, as well as Team Affinity mini-bosses.
Shamrock Conquest hidden rewards
Here’s a look at all the hidden rewards that can be found in the Shamrock Conquest:
- MLB The Show 25 pack (x5)
- Headliners pack (x2)
- Bat Skin
The Headliners packs are random ones. However, as of March 18, only one Headliner edition was released. This means that if one opens it, it’ll be the Headliners 01 pack.
