Rather than releasing division-based Team Affinity paths for MLB The Show 25, Sony opted to change things up. This year, the development team released 30 separate paths, with the most notable one being My Journey. My Journey is a year-long grind, one where individuals can unlock vouchers for the 2025 All-Star Game & Finest cards.

My Journey reward paths
All 30 Team Affinity: My Journey paths in MLB The Show 25 follow the same pathway outline. Here’s a look at it:
- 5,000 TA: 78/79 OVR Silver card
- 10,000 TA: Team Banner
- 15,000 TA: MLB The Show 25 pack
- 20,000 TA: Mascot Icon
- 25,000 TA: 83/84 Gold card

How to make progress
Individuals can progress through My Journey primarily through Missions. There are a lot of them, and I’ll get to those in a second. However, be mindful that all 30 teams have one Moment that awards 5,000 TA per path upon completion.
From there, it’s all about the Missions.
First off, there are PXP Missions. Diamond Dynasty players can earn 10,000 TA points for getting 150 PXP with the Silver player in the path, plus 300 PXP with the Gold, and finally, 500 PXP with the Jolt Series card. Additionally, if you get 8,000 PXP with players from a respective team, that will yield an additional 45,000 PXP.
Next, there are Quick Impact, On the Rise, Journey to All-Star, and Journey to Finest Missions. Here’s a quick layout on those:

These Missions can be completed either in single-player or online.
Additionally, there are Season Standouts Missions, in which players must accumulate hits, home runs, runs scored, and strikeout numbers that, in total, break a team’s single-season individual record. Completing those earns 60,000 TA in total.
Lastly, there are Optional Leaders Missions, which involve breaking all-time records for one team. However, these are inly important for getting the Icon at the end.
The most notable is a Legends & Flashbacks collect mission. Collect 10 Legends & Flashbacks from a specific team to receive a 100,000 TA point boost.
However, those who need an extra boost should focus on the Color Storm Team Affinity, a separate path. Unlocking the bosses and then getting 500 PXP with each one will give a 150,000 TA boost for each respective team.
An extra 50,000 TA is available for those who earn 500 PXP with a team’s Neon Series Team Affinity boss (not including collection cards)
Also, there is one Collection and one Exchange. Those who complete a team’s Live Series Collection can collect that team’s reward for a 20,000 TA boost. A 10,000 TA exchange is also available.
