On October 13, Sony released the Retro Championship Series Program in MLB The Show 26. While the 2026 installment of the LCS is going live, Diamond Dynasty players can unlock four 99 OVR cards, featuring players linked to Championship Series events of the past. Two of them feature Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Justin Verlander.
