MLB The Show 23 is back for another year, and so is Mini Seasons. Mini Seasons is a single-player mode within Diamond Dynasty that allows players to take on user-created, AI-controlled squads in an abbreviated season. Those who come out on top and complete missions will receive rewards like packs, XP, and Stubs. Also back for The Show 23 are Mystery Missions, and here’s how you can complete the “In the Zone” mission.

In the Zone in MLB The Show 23

The first notable Mystery Mission for Mini Seasons is called “In the Zone.” It sounds like a mission that requires locking in at the plate, and that’s exactly what it is. To complete this mission, one needs to hit five home runs in a Mini Seasons game.

Now, this does sound somewhat difficult, especially since Mini Seasons games are only three innings. But, it’s actually not that bad. To get this mission done with relative ease, we strongly suggest attempting to complete while you are the home team. That way, you can pick a hitter-friendly stadium that can be used in-game.

Obvious candidates include Coors Field and Laughing Mountain Park, fields notorious for home runs. Additionally, one could also choose a created stadium that has an exceptionally high elevation. Baseball travel a lot farther at high-elevation stadiums, giving hitters a real good chance of hitting bombs.
