We’re into the 10th week of the 2026 fantasy baseball season for some, and Week 11 for others. This week features several tantalizing two-start pickup options, including two pitchers who threw very well in May. Plus, a notable power arm who’s healthy after a year recovering from elbow surgery.

Best Week 10 pitchers to target

Let’s try this again with Griffin Jax.

Jax had his last start shortened after he was struck on the back via a line drive earlier this week against the Orioles. He tossed two shutout innings before his ultimate exit, continuing what’s been a good overall stretch for the righty since he entered the Rays’ rotation.

Across five starts in May, Jax posted a 1.93 ERA and struck out 15 over 18.2 IP.

Shane Drohan will get the Giants on June 1, as the rookie pitcher rejoins the Brewers’ rotation. The 27-year-old induces a lot of chase, plus a lot of swing-and-miss off the fastball. That was the theme for the lefty in the Minors. Additionally, hitters have hit just .077 off that four-seamer this season.

Cade Cavalli is a two-start option this week, as is Griffin Jax. Cavalli will get the Marlins at home this week, and likely, the D-Backs on the road this weekend. He gets a lot of groundballs, plus some strikeouts. He struck out 30 over 29 innings and posted a 3.41 ERA in May.

Jared Jones was hit around against the Twins in his first MLB start since 2024 this weekend. However, Jones struck out six over four innings and remains a valued asset in fantasy.

Lastly, Clayton Beeter notched back-to-back saves between May 30 and 31.

Overview of Week 9

Eric Lauer was one of our Week 9 pickup favorites. Mission accomplished on that front, as the left-hander picked up a spot-start win against the Rockies in his lone start.

Kumar Rocker would have gotten a win on May 30 had the Rangers not blown the game, as the righty threw shutout ball against the Royals.

Let’s forget about what happened to Joey Cantillo and Mitch Keller this past week.
