While the list of easily acquirable two-start stream options is slim this week, you might get lucky and grab someone like Troy Melton. Melton, who pitched very well this past week on the road, highlights our 2026 Week 11 fantasy baseball waiver wire pitcher target list.
Best Week 11 pitchers to target
- SP Noah Cameron (Royals)
- SP Tatsuya Imai (Astros)
- SP Troy Melton (Tigers)
- SP Casey Mize (Tigers)
- SP Christian Scott (Mets)
We have two Tigers pitchers on our list, starting with Troy Melton.
Melton currently sports a tidy 1.74 ERA this season across three starts made since coming off the IL. And he’s been efficient, as Melton threw eight innings in his last start against Tampa Bay on June 3, and seven innings in his start before that one.
Now, Melton didn’t induce a ton of swing-and-miss, as the righty had only recorded whiffs in the game against the Rays. However, Melton had 20 called strikes against a good Rays team that can put the ball in play & work counts. That figure was the third-most on the day, behind only Logan Webb and Shohei Ohtani.
The other is Casey Mize, who will make a rehab start with Lakeland early this week. The Tigers’ rotation will likely start to get crowded with Mize and Tarik Skubal on the rehab road, a good thing for Detroit.
Noah Cameron walked into Minnesota as one of the better pitchers in baseball since the start of May. Cameron had a .3 HR/9, 10th-best in the Majors among starters with 20+ IP, as well as 28 strikeouts and a sub-3.00 ERA over 28 innings. So, what did Cameron have in store on the 7th? Seven strikeouts and no earned runs over six frames against the Twins.
The lefty’s been a bender and a strike-thrower in his MLB career to this point, and 17 called strikes against Minnesota were proof of that. He should be valued, even though Cameron doesn’t get the type of swing-and-miss one would like to see in fantasy.
Tatsuya Imai, starting with the combined no-no last month, turned his MLB career around nicely. He struck out eight over five on June 6, his third-straight solid outing.
Lastly, Christian Scott’s work since the start of May has been very tidy. Forty strikeouts, one home run allowed, and a 2.34 ERA over 34.2 IP since May 1. And, you can make a compelling argument that Scott’s been the best pitcher on the Mets over the last five weeks.
Overview of Week 10
It was an adventurous week for Shane Drohan, who didn’t go five against the Giants and then had to pitch in Coors Field on June 7. But Drohan got the job done with limited damage and earned the win in the process.
Chalk that up as a win for us in Week 10, and we also hope you took advantage of grabbing Jared Jones while it was still possible. Jones tossed five scoreless against the Astros this past week and picked up a win.
Griffin Jax pitched very well on the 7th against the Marlins. Had the Rays’ bullpen held it down, Jax would have picked up a win.
