The Yankees won 6-2 to snap their four-game losing streak.
New York (AL) got the scoring off fast, thanks to a Paul Goldschmidt lead-off home run off Trevor Rogers. The Yankees did very well off Rogers, who returned from the IL on the 12th. He conceded two home runs off the fastball, one to Goldschmidt and the other to Trent Grisham.
Rogers only lasted four innings.
Will Warren struck out six over 5.2 innings before he handed it off to the bullpen.
Brewers take opener with San Diego

Skenes outstanding
