On November 3, Seaosn 5 of MLB The Show 23 Diamond Dynasty went live. The fifth season has a Finest flair to it, as all five bosses are Finest cards. And, there’s a special Milestone card that can be obtained, as well. Here’s a look at all the rewards available in the Season 5 reward path and how to make progress.

We should note that once someone hits 650,000 XP, users can claim additional, random rewards after accumulating 25,000 XP. This means that players can get rewards at 675,000, 700,000, and so on.
How to get XP
In MLB The Show 22, players could acquire XP in a variety of different ways. That has remained largely the same for The Show 23. Simply put, The Show players can accumulate XP just by playing the various game modes in the title.
Even if you’re not playing Diamond Dynasty, you can still get XP towards Season 5. However, we should note that users can acquire XP boosts for hitting certain milestones in Programs, events, Ranked Seasons, and Conquests.
Much like in Season 4, those who completed certain Objectives within the previous season are also eligible for XP boosts and packs:
- Get 650,000 XP in Season 4
- Get 150 Star Points in Great Race of ’98 Program
- Get 100 Star Points in September Monthly Awards Program
- Collect 90 Team Affinity Set 4 Cards
- Collect 135 Set 4 Cards
Additionally, completing Set-based Collections will yield XP. Be on the lookout for those. Season 5 will end on December 21.
