During the morning hours of September 1, a new title update will arrive in MLB The Show 26. While a minor one in terms of actual changes, it will include a notable tweak to the Code of Conduct after a ban wave several weeks earlier. Plus, new faces scans for some notable Major Leaguers, as well as a Legend from the Philadelphia Phillies.

That is it for the actual contents of the update, although the face scan update won’t go live until September 4. There will, however, be something else in it.
Sony will be adding an explicit statement in the Code of Conduct, noting that anyone who uses and/or promotes the use of third-party Stub purchases will be subject to punishment. This news comes days after the Sony team executed a massive ban wave to curtail the usage of third-party sites that sell Stubs.
This update will go live on all console platforms at 7 AM ET.
