Big names are doing big things in the 2026 Arizona Fall League. The first full week of the season is in the books, and many high-end prospects had strong weeks. Among them were Dillon Lewis, Nathan Flewelling, and Tekoah Roby.

Lewis, Flewelling have good weeks

Marlins prospect Dillon Lewis paced the AFL this week with six hits over three games. One of those hits was a home run. Lewis had a good, albeit shortened Minor League season in Double-A, before joining Glendale for the 2026 campaign.

Six players were tied for second in the Fall League with six hits. Among them were Rockies infielder Andy Perez, Cardinals outfielder Tai Peete, Tigers outfielder Zyhir Hope, and Rays catching prospect Nathan Flewelling.

Anderson & Harlan with multi-homer week

Two players had multi-homer weeks during the first full week of the 2026 season. Those two were Antonio Anderson and Chase Harlan.

Anderson, a third-round pick by the Red Sox in 2023, had a good repeat season with High-A Greenville this past season. He slashed .273/.373/.453 with nine home runs and 30 extra-base hits over 85 games this year. The 21-year-old added two more home runs with Mesa.

Another former third-round pick, Chase Harlan, also had two home runs. Harlan was taken in the 2024 MLB Draft out of high school in Eastern Pennsylvania. Even though he may not be the most notable Dodgers prospect in Arizona, Harland had a very good year in A-ball.

Between Low-A and High-A, Harlan slashed .298/.403/.509 with 14 home runs and 39 extra-base hits across 86 games.

Other players who homered over the last week in the Arizona Fall League were Vance Honeycutt and Ike Irish from the Orioles organization, Jared Thomas, Mason White, and Dax Kilby.

Kilby had just two hits over the last week but, thanks to a strong early start, is batting over .300. The Yankees’ 2025 first-rounder also has one of the 10 lowest swing-and-miss rates in the early going over the year.

Roby among best pitchers from Week 1

Cardinals pitching prospect Tekoah Roby‘s six strikeouts tied Patrick Reilly and Irving Cota for the league lead over the last week.

Roby punched out six over three hitless innings for Peoria, and his 45.5% Whiff% during that performance tied him with Athletics prospect Tucker Novotny for the circuit lead in said category.

Additionally, the fastball velocity was very good. His average four-seam fastball clocked in at 96.95 MPH, the fourth-highest among AFL pitchers. Ryan Lambert, Jhon Cabral, and Jarlin Susana, who we touched on last week, were the only ones ahead of him thus far.
