Anyone who’s owned a San Francisco Giant in fantasy baseball this week has likely done well. Our 2026 Week 10 fantasy baseball riser list is filled with members of the Giants, while some notable faces are on the other side of this list.
Risers
- SS Willy Adames (Giants)
- OF Pete Crow-Armstrong (Cubs)
- 3B Matt Chapman (Giants)
- 1B Bryce Eldridge (Giants)
- SP Bryce Miller (Mariners)
- SP Roki Sasaki (Dodgers)
This list has a Giants flair to it — and for good reason.
The Giants’ offense blew through the Cubs on June 5 but this has been a theme for the team of late. Willy Adames hit four home runs over the last week, two of which came on the 5th. And it’s been arrows up for the Giants’ shortstop, who now has eight home runs since the start of May.
Matt Chapman picked up 14 RBI over the last week, while rookie Bryce Eldridge is second over the last week in total hits (13). The only player with more was his teammate, Jung Hoo Lee.
PCA, meanwhile, picked up 11 hits and four home runs over the last week. Like Adames, Crow-Armstrong turned his season around over the last little while.
Roki Sasaki and Bryce Miller both had scoreless weeks. Miller struck out 15 over 11 scoreless frames.
Fallers
- 1B Jonathan Aranda (Rays)
- SS Mookie Betts (Dodgers)
- 2B Xavier Edwards (Marlins)
- SP Merrill Kelly (D-Backs)
- SP Andrew Painter (Phillies)
- OF Mike Trout (Angels)
This was the fear that one had to have with Andrew Painter.
Painter, as we noted back in February, gave up a lot of hard contact in Triple-A and didn’t overpower as he did before 2023. Unfortunately, things have gone awry for Painter in 2026, and that continued on June 6 as he conceded four runs in the first inning against the Chicago White Sox.
Teams have been on his fastball this season, as that four-seamer of his has an opponents’ average just below .400/
Merrill Kelly, meanwhile, has not been sharp in his reunion season with the D-Backs. Normally, a pitcher who can limit well-hit contact, that was not the case against the Nationals this past week.
As for the hitters, some grace can be offered to Jonathan Aranda after he put up impressive numbers in May. However, Mookie Betts went 2-22 over the last week, and we’re still waiting for him to come around. Last season was a tough one for Betts, who lost a lot of weight in 2025. This season, his offensive numbers have taken an even greater downturn.
Mike Trout (.167 AVG over last week) and Xavier Edwards (.174) both had tough weeks, too.
