Last month, the Braves were without Ronald Acuna Jr. due to a hamstring injury suffered while the team was on the road in Colorado. And now, just a few weeks later, the same hamstring bothered Acuna Jr. on June 9, which forced him out of the Braves’ game in Chicago.
Acuna Jr. leaves game
Braves outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. was removed from the team’s contest against the White Sox on June 9 due to left hamstring tightness. He is day-to-day, per manager Walt Weiss.
Acuna Jr. came up hobbling after running up the first-base line on a ground ball. And, this is the same hamstring that cost Acuna Jr. some time in May.
