On June 6, Sony San Diego released the 4th Inning Program in MLB The Show 25. It comes with three new bosses, all of which are 94 OVR, and all three are Hall of Famers. Plus, this program is more condensed compared to previous ones dropped in The Show 25. Here’s a look.

How to make progress

As always, Inning Program progress can be made by earning XP. XP can be earned via program bonuses, Conquest, and just playing Diamond Dynasty and other game modes.

Some word for the wise: if you haven’t done so in the past, try to save as much XP from programs not completed, as well as Conquest XP bonuses, that are not needed for the next one and any Inning Program moving forward.

For those who’ve done that for the 4th Inning, it’ll save some time.

Anyone who obtained all three 3rd Inning Bosses can complete a collection to get 30,000 XP towards the 3rd Inning. Go to ‘Collections’ to lock in the three bosses.

Much like the past three Inning Programs, there are three Cornerstone Evolution starters in the 4th Inning Program. This time around, the keys are Diamonds: 85 OVR items for Eric Davis, Marcus Semien, & Craig Kimbrel. Those are needed for their corresponding player Programs.

When does it expire?

The 4th Inning will expire on July 3, 2025.
