The next MLB The Show 26 title update was set to go live in the early morning hours of May 14. This one is a more substantial one than the update that went live in the first week of May. And among the fixes is a bug that caused the PCI Anchor to un-align with where it was supposed to be set.

Perhaps the most notable change made in the last major title update was that the strike zone was changed to properly indicate what pitchers would be called balls & strikes. However, one bug that occurred afterwards was that the PCI Anchor was subject to being unaligned.

This update will rectify that, per the developers.
This update will also see quality-of-life changes made to Franchise Mode, plus fix more visual bugs within Diamond Dynasty.
Additionally, the developers added a note that Live Roster ratings update moving forward — for offline play, not Diamond Dynasty ratings updates — will be geared towards Franchise Mode. Player attributes & potentials will be tuned to deliver a realistic experience.
Sony will implement the title update at 7 AM ET on May 14 for all consoles.
