There are just two regular-season weekends left in the 2026 college baseball season. And, like the past few weeks, the movement among the top schools was minimal. However, Auburn and Kansas are trending up after yet another big weekend.

  25. Virginia (-1)

Yet again, no team fell out of the top 25 after Week 12.

Kansas’ big year continued this past weekend, as the Jayhawks swept Arizona to move to 20-4 in Big 12 play. Tyson LeBlanc, who has become the key to the Kansas offense, had six hits in the three games.

The Jayhawks’ final two weekends in regular-season play will see the school face West Virginia, and then face BYU on the road before the conference tournament.

Speaking of West Virginia, the Mountaineers put up 29 runs over three games in a sweep of the Kansas State Wildcats. West Virginia received stellar pitching all around, including from Maxx Yehl, who struck out eight over five scoreless innings on May 1.

Moving to the SEC, the Razorbacks took two of three from Ole Miss, which helped Arkansas jump the Rebels in the rankings. TJ Pompey, Cam Kozeal, and Kuhio Aloy all hit home runs in the first game, as Arkansas put up six on Ole Miss ace Hunter Elliott.

Auburn took two of three from Texas A&M on the road. The Rebels didn’t move down but Auburn jumped up two spots into the top six.

The only other significant movement in the top 10 came via Oregon State. The Beavers went 3-2 on the week, as Oregon State split a series against UT-Rio Grant Valley. However, the big hit came to Dax Whitney, as he’ll need reconstructive elbow surgery and has likely thrown his last pitch as an Oregon State Beaver.

Whitney finished 2026 with 104 strikeouts over 63 innings. He’ll be eligible for the MLB Draft next year.
