Another week, and another batch of information to work with. It’s been a grand week for several notable hitters, including Michael Harris II and Ernie Clement. However, Willy Adames and Rafael Devers are in the midst of funks. Here’s our list of risers & fallers as we wrap up the fourth week of the 2026 fantasy baseball season.

Risers

The past couple of days have seen a lot of hitters trending upwards. Nick Kurtz (37.5% Barrel% over the last 10 days) looks back into form, while James Wood is turning into one of the more notable three true outcome hitters in the game.

But how about Michael Harris II? Harris’ eight Barrels is tied for the third-most over the last week and a half, part of a span that saw him hit .583 with four home runs. And, no strikeouts for the Braves outfielder in that stretch.

We’ve also seen some strong performances from others. Ernie Clement’s 15 hits led the league, while Michael Busch is on the board after several tough weeks to begin 2026. Busch hit two home runs and 11 total hits over his last eight games.

As for the pitchers, Louis Varland may be the man right now in the Blue Jays’ bullpen. He nailed down another game on the 25th, although that one almost got away from Varland. Will Warren picked up 17 strikeouts and two wins in his last two starts.

Fallers

Gunnar Henderson’s been a good source of power this season with eight home runs — but the average has not been a strong point for the infielder.

Henderson batted just .158 over the last 10 days, and strikeouts have been a major problem for him. Although with a whiff rate just over 27% in that span, it’s not the swing-and-miss that’s necessarily led to that.

His 16 strikeouts are tied with Willy Adames and Munetaka Murakami for most in the league during that span. Adames’ stretch over the last couple of days has been worse than what Henderson did, as the Giants infielder only has one extra-base hit and no RBI in that span.

Adames isn’t the only infielder in a funk right now for the Giants. Rafael Devers has one of the highest whiff rates (38.2%) in the league during that span. Additionally, his 64% Whiff% was the worst in the league over that span. Fifteen strikeouts over his last nine games, and three RBI in that stretch.

Jackson Merrill batted .069 over his last eight games.

As for the pitchers, Jeff Hoffman is out — for now — as the Blue Jays’ closer. And Andrew Abbott, a called strike machine, has not put up good numbers at all over the first month of 2026.
