MLB The Show 23: How to enable cross-platform progression for Diamond Dynasty and Road to the Show

MLB The Show 23 marks the third year that the simulation baseball franchise has launched on non-Sony platforms. And thanks to the folks over at Sony San Diego, MLB The Show players do have the ability to make progress towards the same Diamond Dynasty team or Road to the Show file on different platforms. But in order to do this, you’ll need to link the different consoles together. So, how can you do that? Let’s take a look.

Cross-platform Progression in MLB The Show 23
In order to make progression on multiple platforms in MLB The Show 23, one must first set up an account on The Show website. Set up a username and create a password. Once that’s done, you will then be able to access the main account.
From here, you will need to input a link code on the website, and it can inputted on the right-hand side of the screen. Where do you find this code? If you click the profile icon at the top-left corner of the menu screen, you will be directed to your Ballplayer, as well as the profile itself. Go to ‘My Profile,’ and then click the ‘Link Account’ option at the bottom part of the screen.
This will create a limited-time code that can then be inputted into one’s The Show account. This will need to be done for any and every platform that one plans to play MLB The Show 23 one. For example, if you want to play on a Xbox and Nintendo Switch for The Show 23, you’ll need do this once for each platform. And, you will need Internet connectivity in order to this, as well as to play Diamond Dynasty and save Road to the Show via the cloud.
