The 2023 MLB All-Star festivities were in Seattle, Washington this past July, but it’s not too early to start thinking about the 2024 MLB All-Star Game event. The next event will mark the 94th edition of the midsummer classic, but where will the 2024 MLB All-Star Game be held? Here’s what we know.

A Look at the 2024 MLB All-Star Game
Per MLB, the 2024 MLB All-Star Game will be held at Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers. The news was confirmed by the league in November of 2022.
This will mark the second straight year that a team from the AL West will host the MLB All-Star game, as Seattle hosted the midsummer classic in 2023. The National League came out on top in Washington by a score of 3-2.
The 2024 event will mark the first time that the new ballpark in Arlington, which opened its doors in 2020, will host the annual game. And, it will be the second time in franchise history that the Rangers will host the All-Star Game.
The only other occasion that the Rangers hosted the All-Star Game was back in 1995, a game won by the NL by a score of 3-2. Texas native and former Ranger Nolan Ryan threw out the first pitch, and two Rangers (Ivan Rodriguez and Kenny Rogers) were named to the American League roster that year.
The All-Star Game in Texas will be one of several specialty events to be held by Major League Baseball next season. Other notable events for 2024 include the return of the MLB Field of Dreams game, as well as regular season contests in Korea, Mexico, and England.
The 2024 All-Star Game will be held on July 16.
