Sony San Diego released the MiLB Awards Program in MLB The Show 24 on October 1. Minor League Baseball commemorated some of the best performers from the various levels in late September. Several of the winners, including Kristian Campbell and Quinn Mathews, were given 99 OVR cards for their efforts. And, a 99 OVR Jasson Dominguez — a player with a sweet swing in The Show — is also here. Here’s a look at the rewards in the MiLB Awards Program.

How to make progress

Making progress in the MiLB Awards path will require the completion of specific tasks. Here’s a look at the tasks of this program:

  • Complete seven Moments (21 pts. – 3 pts. each)
  • Missions:
    • Tally 750 PXP with Awards Series cards in 1v1 Ranked, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, and Conquest (4 pts.)
    • Tally 20 hits with Awards Series cards in 1v1 Ranked, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, and Conquest (4 pts.)
    • Tally 10 strikeouts with Awards Series cards in 1v1 Ranked, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, and Conquest (4 pts.)
    • Tally 500 PXP with 99 OVR Williams, Mathews, Dominguez, or Campbell in 1v1 Ranked, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, and Conquest (4 pts.)
    • Get on base 14 times with Rays players in 1v1 Ranked, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, and Conquest (4 pts.)
    • Tally 13 strikeouts with Cardinals in 1v1 Ranked, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, and Conquest (4 pts.)
    • Tally five home runs with Yankees players in 1v1 Ranked, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, and Conquest (4 pts.)
    • Tally 14 extra-base hits with Red Sox in 1v1 Ranked, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, and Conquest (4 pts.)

First off, we should note that the Missions require Awards Series, not Season Awards. Second, our advice to start this is to do the Moments. They’re quick and doing all of them will unlock the 99 OVR Carson Williams.

Those who have or have not completed the Career Tribute Program should also have plenty of Season 3 fodder for this one. Several cards from that one, including the 99 OVR Carpenter and Kiermaier, are Awards Series items. And, those who haven’t can stack the Missions up. The Rays’ one-base Mission for the MiLB Awards Program can, in part, help with the Rays’ hits one for Career Tribute.

This program will not expire.
